Provide a nurturing, highly structured environment of care and supervision while ensuring each youth’s safety and well-being are met. Meet the immediate medical, emotional, educational, and permanent needs of the youth during their placement. Implement the WELLE Model and Motivational Interviewing Techniques (MI), trauma-informed, building positive relationships, increasing competencies, and maintaining structure and consistency in the home.

Responsibilities:

Daily documentation (i.e., gas log, medicine log, staff communication log, toiletries log, room inspection sheet, travel forms, etc.).
Prepares and submits incident reports within 12 hours of the incident to the Residential Director, Residential manager, and Chief Operating Officer.
Prepares meals and snacks for the residents and ensures they are served “family style”.
Assists in preparation of bi-weekly inventory sheet and grocery list.
Transports residents and children to appointments, off-campus outings, school, work, etc.
Ensures that the residents receive items as needed.
Ensures that the facility is in safe, clean, and orderly condition always.
Report any physical safety issues to the Lead HP or residential manager.
Provide effective and immediate crisis intervention, utilizing WELLE.
Implements and reinforces behavior management techniques.
Assists with teaching Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Independent Living Skills (ILS), and appropriate parenting techniques.
Assists residents with medication management.
Performs daily room inspections and documents accordingly.
Completes daily progress notes on each resident.
Oversees resident’s schedule and is responsible for assisting the resident to comply (School, work, therapy, etc.).
Attends and participates in monthly staff meetings.
Works cooperatively with peers, ensuring consistency and continuity of care.

Per Diem Transportation Support Staff

The Part-Time / Per Diem Transportation Support Staff member is responsible for safely

transporting the youth to and from school, work, medical appointments, extracurricular activities, independent

living meetings, and other approved program-related activities. This role supports the overall mission of

ensuring youth maintain stability, attendance, engagement, and access to critical services.

This position requires flexibility, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a trauma-informed

approach when working with the youth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Transportation & Safety

· Safely transport youth using agency vehicles in accordance with organizational policies and Florida

traffic laws.

· Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

· Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.

· Ensure all passengers follow safety guidelines, including seatbelt use.

· Immediately report accidents, incidents, vehicle concerns, or safety issues.

Youth Support

· Build positive, respectful, and professional relationships with youth.

· Provide supportive supervision during transportation and community outings.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

· Assist youth with punctuality, attendance, and transportation readiness.

Documentation & Communication

· Complete transportation logs, mileage reports, and incident documentation accurately and timely.

· Communicate schedule updates, delays, or concerns to supervisors and appropriate team members.

· Coordinate transportation schedules with program staff as needed.

Program Support

· Assist with occasional campus or community activities when transportation needs are minimal.

· Support emergency or last-minute transportation requests when available.

· Participate in required trainings and staff meetings.

FLOOR MANAGER

Job Summary

The Floor Manager is accountable for real-time execution of residential operations, including staffing, supervision, scheduling, and immediate incident response. This role ensures that each shift runs safely, smoothly, and in alignment with program expectations.

The Floor Manager is the first line of accountability for everything that happens on shift.

Core Responsibilities

1. Shift Operations & Execution

Manage all day-to-day operations within assigned homes
Ensure routines, structure, and expectations are followed each shift
Maintain active floor presence and real-time problem-solving

2. Staffing & Scheduling

Create and manage staff schedules
Ensure coverage, ratios, and shift assignments
Manage call-outs, overtime, and shift adjustments
Approve and verify timesheets

3. Supervision of Residential Assistants

Directly supervise Residential Assistants
Provide coaching, guidance, and immediate feedback
Address performance concerns and document issues

4. Incident Response

Respond to all incidents during shifts
Ensure safety, de-escalation, and protocol adherence
Complete timely and accurate incident reports

5. Compliance Execution

Ensure logs, documentation, and supervision requirements are met
Maintain compliance with daily operational standards

6. Transportation Coordination

Coordinate all youth transportation (school, court, medical, etc.)
Assign drivers, track schedules, maintain logs
