• Financial Data Entry: Process invoice payments and enter daily deposits using QuickBooks Online.
• System Management: Maintain and update financial information within the agency's Access database system.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly credit card and bank reconciliations, along with regular spreadsheet updates.
• Reporting Support: Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures.
• Audit & Budget Planning: Provide support for the annual agency audit and assist with annual budget entries into QuickBooks Online.
• Administrative Support: Complete other reconciliations and financial spreadsheet updates as needed.

• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).

Required education:

       Degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent.

Experience required:

•         2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
•         Strong Microsoft skills with emphasis on Access, Word and Excel.
•          Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online with emphasis on bill pay.
•        Non-profit accounting is a plus.

• Support youth and young adults with academics, educational goals, organization, and skill development.
• Help develop and expand educational programming specifically designed for transitional-age young adults.
• Build relationships with young people and encourage participation, engagement, and progress toward their goals.
• Conduct educational assessments and use the results to help develop individualized learning plans.
• Work closely with the Brown’s Harbor Director, Learning Center staff, residential teams, and organizational leadership.
• Track educational progress and program outcomes so we can understand what is working and where we can improve.
• Help build and maintain our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process for educational programming.
• Turn program data into meaningful reports and recommendations for leadership and funders.
• Support grant reporting, compliance, audits, and documentation.
• Help develop and strengthen educational policies, procedures, and systems that support long-term program success.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Candidates should have at least three years of experience in educational programming, quality improvement, nonprofit program coordination, or a related area. Experience working with underserved, transitional-age, or at-risk youth is strongly preferred
• Experience with educational assessments, CQI, grant reporting, compliance, policies and procedures, or educational funding is also valuable for this role.

We are looking for someone who is able to provide a nurturing, highly structured environment of care and supervision while ensuring each youth’s safety and well-being are met. Meet the immediate medical, emotional, educational, and permanent needs of the youth during their placement. Implement the WELLE Model and Motivational Interviewing Techniques (MI), trauma-informed, building positive relationships, increasing competencies, and maintaining structure and consistency in the home.

What You'll Do

• Manage all day-to-day operations within assigned homes
